Why do some people blame the immigrants for illegal immigration instead of the companies who hire them?

I always see anti-illegal immigrant sentiments here but the immigrants themselves are only half the problem. If the agriculral capitalists wouldn't hire them in the first place then they wouldn't have any reason to come here, would they? So why is all the animosity reserved for the immigrants instead of the farmers and agricultural companies?
