Sims 2 and simpsons game for psp?

okk so i have 2 questions about these games and if you only answer about one of them its ok so don't think i want you to answer both ok so first sims 2 how in the world do you get mechanical skills and how do you get the maid to tell you where the 3rd ghost is and now the simpsons game im on the level where im in video game land and i have to follow the ape and im in the part with all of the colored tubes but how do you get from the pink tube where you come up to go down the reen tube to get the next level? thanks for all your help! :)
