N regards to my earlier question, am seeking more information regarding same.PLEASE ANSWER.?

the person involved is close to me and he had a argument with his supervisor in the middle of the shift and the supervisor told him that he is his boss and not suppose to be ordered, he then called the manager and told him something, the manger told the supervisor to tell my friend to call him, when he called he said leave the job and go home, my friend did try to explain but he did not listen, as such he left the shift early, and now the complaint is that the reconciliation for the 2 days including the disputed day is not tallying and they think that my friend has taken the money. Whereas, he did not finished the shift as he left early after resigning as he was told to do so and handing over the keys to the supervisor and he did not do the reconciliation for that day. We have no access to any of such information as the manager is not talking to us and he said he has been told by police not to talk to us. What can we do? As its an office dispute is there any possibility that we can resolve this by a meeting or any kind of communication?
