What's with all the backlash against feminine gay guys and butch s in the LGBT community?

So what if their mannerisms are upsetting for the heteroual eye?! The last time I checked the purpose of the gay rights movement was not blending in with the heterouals, but to accept us for what we are...cuz lets face it, the vast majority of us are more ore less fem/butch. If you diss fem gays and butch s and call them words like 'flamer' and 'dykon' you are just as much of a bigot as the religious right.
