What is wrong? my periods are irregular and heavy!?

they are about every 2 and a half weeks and I am using on average 6/8 super plus tampons in the waking hours. I have no pain but this is unusual for me, normally they are like clockwork. i have had two ectopic and now have no fallopian tubes so cannot be pregnant, please help. (oh and i am 31years old.
