well you know what i think, but i would NOT pay 50% of damages. i would go to the police, and report them, if not his family, most definitely his dads friend. there is not excuse for what they did. and if his dad was a real dad, the moment his friend layed a hand on Andy, he should have knocked him out, not take his side! Andy simply asked his brother. he seems like a little S***e, who seriously needs to grow up.
